In Japan, there are many companies with outstanding technology and a strong sense of mission whose true value is not adequately recognized. We aim to communicate these “unseen strengths” to society, thereby contributing to their growth and market re-evaluation.

Network Communications aims to be an “architect of dialogue” that connects organizations with society.
We strive to understand the overall structure and bridge the gaps that exist between management and the front lines, and between companies and society, by expressing them with appropriate language and fostering connections.

One of the perspectives we highly value is the idea of “communication that instills pride in people.”
Every time we witness moments like “I’ve become proud of my work,” “The management’s vision reached the entire company, making the organization more proactive,” or “External trust became visible,” we are reminded that communication indeed has the power to move people and organizations.

In recent years, we’ve come to believe that the true value lies within the “byproducts” generated through PR.
For example, the articulation of Mission, Vision, and Values; the discovery of positive case studies from the field; the identification of organizational challenges revealed by streamlining information flow; and the innovation that arises from deeply understanding each other.

Furthermore, as an outside director for various companies, from startups to Prime-listed corporations, I personally experience the daily importance of human capital management, ethics, governance, and building trust with the capital market.
What’s needed in the coming era is a perspective that sincerely examines how a company’s work contributes to solving societal issues, what value is involved, and how to communicate that to bring about positive change in society.

To meet these demands, Network Communications views communication not merely as a means of disseminating information, but as a ‘strategic asset’ that enhances corporate value. We work closely with clients on-site, from establishing PR functions and building organizational structures to providing project-based execution support.

Naoko Okada

Naoko Okada / Born in Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture

After graduating, I began my career in sales at Sun Microsystems. Through my daily work, I discovered the fascinating breadth and depth of business, gradually becoming aware of future entrepreneurial aspirations. Later, I moved to a software development venture company, gaining practical experience in addition to earning an MBA from Rikkyo University Graduate School.

Drawn to the field of public relations, I was responsible for establishing the PR function at EC Navi (now CARTA Holdings). While also involved in business management as the head of the management division, I keenly realized the importance of communication in connecting companies with society. In 2009, I left the company to establish Network Communications Inc. Since then, I have consistently aimed to expand the possibilities of companies through “the power of communication,” providing support that includes branding through PR and consulting on internal communication strategies.
